Its primary emphasis is on delivering industry-leading and cost-effective healthcare solutions that optimize patient support and quality of life.

A group of executives with a combined 100+ years of industry-related experience founded Capital Health Partners Inc. in 2023. The founders identified an opportunity to build a brand that could be recognized and trusted by Canada’s healthcare industries, practitioners, and patients.

Capital Health Partners Inc. is dedicated to providing the highest level of support to its healthcare partners and patients. CHP will continue to seek out organic growth and acquisitions opportunities to increase the scope and breadth of its offerings, investing in areas where an immediate impact on health outcomes can be achieved.

YVES PORTELANCE

Chief Executive Officer

Yves is CEO of Capital Health Partners and its subsidiaries, Ontario Medical Supply and Royal Drugs. With over 30 years of experience, Yves is an accomplished leader with a proven track record of driving growth and performance, focusing on integrating vision and strategy with performance management. Prior to Capital Health Partners and its subsidiaries, Yves led the acute care and technology solutions business at Cardinal Health Canada, and was responsible for the Integrated Healthcare Solutions business at McKesson Canada. Yves holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from McGill University.

CHP Site - Eric Finley - Updated

ERIC FINLEY

Chief Financial Officer

Eric is the CFO of Capital Health Partners and its subsidiaries, Ontario Medical Supply and Royal Drugs. He has over a decade of experience in various positions building a skill set in finance, consulting, and operations. Prior to joining CHP, Eric was a senior manager at Richter Advisory Group in their Business Advisory practice with a focus on leading corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and stakeholder advisory (including advising shareholders, board of directors and lenders). At Richter, Eric provided advisory services to Ontario Medical Supply Inc. and Royal Drugs Inc. prior to joining the company as the VP Finance in 2022. Eric has also worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) within its Audit & Assurance practice with a focus on emerging company services and asset management. Eric has a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.

JOE PROSPERI

Board Chair

Joe is a co-founder and director of Capital Health Partners and has enjoyed a 20-year career in private equity, working across a wide range of industries.

Joe began his private equity career at Teachers Private Capital, the private equity investment platform for the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board and was a founding member of Clearspring Capital Partners, a Toronto-based, mid-market private equity fund.

Joe has served on the Board of Directors of various public and private companies including CTVGlobemedia, General Nutrition Centers (GNC), Trimac Transportation, Serta Mattress Company, Osprey Media Group and Medical Pharmacies Group Ltd. In addition, Joe currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Collingwood General and Marine Hospital (CGMH) and is a member of the Governance and Hospital Development committees.

Joe earned his MBA at McGill University and is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.D), having completed the Directors Education Program at the Rotman School of Management.

JOHN LEADER

Board Member

John Leader is a co-founder and director of Capital Health Partners Inc.

Before founding CHP in 2023, John was the CEO of Medical Pharmacies Group and was responsible for the strategic direction of its pharmacy and medical supplies businesses overseeing the company's sales and operations.

Prior to taking this role in 2018, John held several senior executive positions as Chief Financial Officer of Medical Pharmacies Group, Porter Airlines, Sun Media Corporation and Osprey Media Income Fund. During this tenure, John has gained over 25 plus years of experience with both private equity-owned and publicly traded companies.

John holds a CPA designation and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Math and Statistics from the University of Western Ontario and a Diploma in Public Accountancy from McGill University
